NTT DATA currently seeks a Technical Business Analyst to join our team remotely in Fort Mill, SC.

About the Role:
As the Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, and other internal and external stakeholders, capturing and converting business requirements into functional software specifications. While Product Management and other stakeholders will define what must be built; you will work with Engineering to help them define how the item should be built. You will become a subject matter expert on the key performance indicators across the organization to understand and translate the big picture of the customer experience.
As the Technical Business Analyst, you will:
- Accurately document Engineering design into detailed, requirements-level user stories.
- Create workflow diagrams, host technical design sessions, and ensure technical details are fully captured for project slotting.
- Act as the project liaison between Engineering and other cross-functional teams, within and outside the organization, to ensure requirements are documented and met.
- Creation of acceptance criteria for user stories in "Given-When-Then " format to detail software specifications.
- Work with a variety of data sources and large data sets, pulling data for analysis using efficient SQL query development.
- Effectively communicate complex analytical insights and business implications to appropriate stakeholders.
- Support the Quality Assurance Team in developing appropriate test cases.
- Actively manage the timeline and deliverables of projects, anticipate risks, and resolve issues.
- Participate in various Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, story estimations, and spring reviews.
- Design UI/UX wireframes and mockups for web applications, aligning with the Product Management vision.
- Conduct other tasks or projects as needed or assigned.

Your technical acumen, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective communication skills enable you to influence and guide colleagues, leaders, clients, and other stakeholders to positive outcomes. With keen attention to detail, you can clearly break down and communicate complex subject matter into concise, smaller pieces. Your strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills enable you to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with clarity and accuracy. You exercise sound judgment around when, how, and with whom confidential information and / or escalations of impactful issues are shared.
If this sounds like you, and you have the following qualifications, the Technical Business Analyst opportunity may be a great match:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 3+ years of experience working in Business Analysis, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a comparable role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and / or Visio
- Experience executing and coordinating integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience designing UI/UX wireframes and mockups
- Ability to construct efficient SQL queries for data analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to analyze a Business Requirements Definition to determine processing flow, testing scenarios, and user requirements.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, and / or Jasmine
- Experience capturing scenarios and requirements using "Given-When-Then " syntax
- Experience with SQL tools such as MS SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience in Healthcare or FinTech
