Job description

ECS is seeking a Business Analyst to work remote.

ECS is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be required to interface with customers, develop project documentation, support junior team members, and support the day-to-day operations of a project.

Primary Duties

Perform stakeholder engagement and outreach activities along with facilitating and supporting customer facing meetings during the development cycle
Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation
Support customer training initiatives; assist Training Lead with training materials, and other supplemental training items
Provide subject matter expertise and guide others in one or more of the following areas: knowledge management, business process development, functional requirements development
Perform administrative tasks, such as, scheduling, maintaining project wikis, and data entry
Create process flows and workflows
Facilitate and coordinate with other teams to support content development for release and success story communications
Document and track requests within ServiceNow
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, develop and deepen long-lasting client relationships

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00
