Job description

Engineer is responsible to provide safety solution that fits with both High voltage and functional
safety by the respective safety analysis . Requirement Engineer is the responsible to provide a
technical solution that fits with the inputs requirements, is supported by the respective analysis and
is developed as per applicable technical standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop component functional and non-functional concepts for inverter up to 250kw electric
motor or any other HV component in Electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles
- Defining & extracting requirements for E-power train components in battery electric vehicles
and the plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.
- Decompose requirements in different ASIL-Levels, if needed; according to ISO-26262.
- Review of Safety concepts for powertrain for the battery electric vehicles and the plug-in
hybrid electric vehicles.
- Review the requirement for the correctness and completeness against input requirements
and ISO26262.
- Defining and extract the HV requirements from the applicable legislations (Important: US;
Europe, China)
