Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and driven Mid-Level .NET Backend Developer with strong SQL expertise to join
our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing backend solutions
using .NET technologies and demonstrate strong knowledge of SQL for database management and
optimization. This role requires close collaboration with front-end developers, project managers, and
other stakeholders to build efficient, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas to
support application functionality and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to integrate
user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and
resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
• Implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and secure coding
practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the development
team.
• Document technical specifications and provide support to the team as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent
practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in backend development using .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly MS SQL Server or similar.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git),
continuous integration, and automated testing.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks or experience working closely with front-end developers.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases or ORM tools like Entity Framework.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
