  • Lead and direct a team of 15+ employees
  • Guide admin team to deliver top service
  • Hire, train, and coach team
  • Manage client onboarding, eligibility, and funding
  • Oversee claims, disbursement, and reconciliation
  • Support resource allocation for KPIs & SLAs
  • Improve processes for team efficiency
  • Address escalations with solutions
  • Work with leaders on client relations
  • Create strategies for client issue resolution
  • Set metrics and evaluate team performance
  • Oversee system upgrades and updates
  • Track new tech to boost productivity


Requirements
  • 5+ years managing admin teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience leading larger teams of 10+
  • Experience in change management and analytics
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 suite
  • CRM and contact center telephony experience a plus
  • Healthcare, government, or insurance background a bonus
