You have preferably done a version of this role at a fast-paced tech company. This role will support our People + Workplace team with comms strategy and execution, and occasionally lend their expertise to our partner teams such as IT, Finance and Legal. You’ll also support connectivity between Etsy’s House of Brand subsidiaries (Reverb & Depop) to ensure consistency and share best practices.

In this role you will be responsible for: managing the communication strategy and execution of critical evergreen people programs, supporting the strategy for rolling out brand new programs, and governing our knowledge management tools to ensure our employees have the information they need to do their jobs effectively, and deliver on Etsy’s mission of keeping commerce human.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager, People Communications. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.

This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office.
