Let’s talk about the role

This role will hold critical responsibilities to lead growth in several key initiatives. We need a team member with a broad set of capabilities to assist our efforts in further penetrating existing and new market spaces, analyzing our opportunities to leverage our platform and data, and execute on several key strategic partnership opportunities. A successful candidate will possess vision, analytical skills, the ability to sell the vision to customers, partners and internal stakeholders, and the ability to execute and manage initiatives in an ever-changing environment. As a self-starter with knowledge of this domain space, you will formulate partner strategy and drive execution for this business vertical.

  • Leading business development activities for the home health, hospice, and private duty business vertical – recruitment and management of partnerships, closely working with both sales and product management, amongst other stakeholders
  • Leading key strategic initiatives for the company – new market entrance and inorganic growth opportunities, new strategic partnerships
  • Working with internal stakeholders to assess build, buy, partner opportunities for identified areas of need
  • Proactively managing the partnership and integrator ecosystems
  • Assessing strategic partnership candidates for identified areas of need
  • Expanding interoperability leadership in the business vertical


Let’s talk about you
 

  • BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or relevant healthcare discipline required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare technology industry
  • At least 10 years of experience in any combination of the following roles:   General Management, Product Management, Project Manager, Account Manager, Channel Manager, Sales or Business Development Representative, Market Manager and/or Program Manager
  • At least 5 years of experience in the post-acute care home health and hospice space
  • Proficient computer skills, including intermediate level skill with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and performance criteria preferred
  • Must be able to travel domestically up to 40% of the time to support partners, trade shows, and customer discussions
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. 

Base Pay Range for this position: 

$187,000- $282,000

  

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
