What you will do:

  • Organize projects and activities with the Americas Business Operations / Program Management Team and adjacent functions to develop efficient and standardized global processes
  • Perform technical and/or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery
  • Evaluate process strengths and identify areas for improvement using lean practices
  • Work with global and diverse stakeholders to drive the strategic direction of the program
  • Create and manage milestones and interventions to ensure we achieve project goals
  • Transparently communicate program issues and decisions to stakeholders
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
  • Analyze and mitigate program risks
  • This role has program management responsibility for project(s) and no direct reports. Requires people and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project.

What you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience
  • Proven experience in program or project management
  • Proven problem-solving abilities using knowledge of lean tools and methodologies
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Visio; working knowledge of project management software (MS Project)
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Strong ability and willingness to learn and upskill in new areas
  • Works independently to prioritize across multiple competing tasks and objectives
  • Ability to think strategically and act pragmatically—see the "big picture" and identify short-term steps to achieve the long-term goal
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to work on a diverse and global team

What will set you apart:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience in field installation processes
  • Proficiency using Salesforce and SAP

The base pay range for this position is

Min $74,900 - Max $131,000

The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
