We are looking for:

Project Coordinator / Administrative Support

Apply, if you:
  • Are fluent English speaker;
  • Have skills in creating and updating spreadsheets, tracking data and creating pivot tables;
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Are detail-oriented and having superior organizational skills;
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of presentations and material for large meetings and leadership;
  • Manage diverse assignments to support IT and business operations;
  • Manage and track the contract approval and extension processes with stakeholders and Procurement;
  • During stakeholder and team meetings, capturing notes, following up on action items, and preparing status reports;
  • Manage the onboarding processes for new hires and assist with the staffing process;
  • Support monthly and annual financial processes;
  • Understand customer expectations and be responsive to their inquiries;
  • Work with minimal guidance, while completing complex ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned by management.
