What We Do:
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align cutting-edge technology solutions with our strategic business goals. Collaborate with L&D teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders to gather and document precise requirements for our learning systems and processes. Partner with global IT and vendors to design, implement, and optimize learning systems that meet business needs while adhering to usability standards and scalability requirements.
System Expertise: Dive deep into our global learning platforms and processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions in line with business needs. Translate complex requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, bridging the gap between desired and existing system functionality. Become a subject matter expert in AZ's global learning technologies, staying on the cutting edge of industry trends and best practices.
User Acceptance Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing for global learning platform releases, ensuring seamless functionality and a top-notch user experience. Collaborate with the global IT test team to define test scope/scenarios and support defect resolution escalations. Perform system functionality verification and sanity testing to ensure our systems meet business requirements and user expectations.
Training and Support: Assist the training lead in crafting user documentation and training materials, facilitating feedback collection, and aligning stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle.
Requirements for the Role:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Seasoned business analyst with over 5 years of experience in technology implementations.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficient in documentation, creating clear and concise requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Effective time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with robotic/process automation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
