Role Overview:

- Solutions Architects at John Snow Labs lead the adoption of products by providing technical leadership to customers
- Supporting customers to evaluate and adopt Medical Language Models within AI solutions
- Involved in demoing applications, implementing proof of concepts (POC) for strategic customer projects, and guiding customers through their Decision to Consume (DTC), delivering strategic business value.

Responsibilities:
- Work interactively with clients to solve their most important AI challenges.
- Gain expertise with John Snow Labs products, as well as techniques in data science and data engineering.
- Lead customers through their medical AI journeys for better model outcomes, drawing on personal leadership and people skills as much as technology.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience and advanced academic degree in software engineering, data science, or a related field
- Proven hands-on experience in a core Artificial intelligence and Natural Language Processing (e.g., LLMs, RAG, Transformers, classical NLP & deep learning).
- Proficiency in getting data science solutions to production in the healthcare or life science industries
- Experience in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs to multiple audiences.
- Ability to identify and communicate the business value of technical solutions.
- Deep domain knowledgeable in healthcare or life science
- Foundational understanding of benchmarking and evaluating the quality of LLM based solutions
- Foundational understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP
