Permanent Remote Set-Up/Permanent WFH
Salary Range: 30,000-40,000 pesos per month plus benefits and annual bonus eligibility + HMO Benefits
We follow PH Holidays and provide PTO leave credits after 90 days of employment (Probationary Period)

Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support, including managing emails and calls, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining schedules
- Conduct research on potential partner organizations and prospective donors using online tools and databases
- Maintain the organization’s contact database, ensuring accurate records, timely communications, and consistent follow-ups with prospects
- Assist in planning, organizing, and project-managing events to support the organization’s mission

Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Quick and proficient with technology, including strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Excellent English writing skills with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly
-Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
