Administration Assistant 6 Months FTC (Customer Services)
Based Manchester
The position offers a salary of £18,000 – £19,500 Dependant on Experience – This is potentially a full-time role for the right candidate moving forward. Please note, this is a full-time, 6 months fixed term contract role Monday – Friday (Shifts flexible between 8am – 5pm)
Training will be provided – Hours of work during training are 9am to 5pm.
The successful applicant would be required to undertake a DBS and CCJ check before an offer of employment is made.

As part of our client’s growth plans, they are looking to strengthen their Appeals Handling team based in Manchester. Our customer employs over 500 plus people, in debt recovery, throughout the UK. They are the market leader in debt management that operates across lots of different sectors.
We are now looking for Administration Assistants to join their busy appeals team. This role will be working remotely.
Position
Key elements of the role will include:
- Handling written correspondence from clients
- Replying to emails and letter using standard format templates
- Compiling and structuring responses to queries raised
- Reviewing and analysing case by case data – including liaising with clients
- Answering inbound telephone calls – providing advice and updates on how to appeal and appeals in progress
Requirements
To be successful, you don’t have to have previous experience, however you do need to demonstrate:
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and an ability to manage your own workload
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work quickly and accurately
- IT skills – using Outlook, Excel and Word
