Role Overview:

An energetic and growing team is looking for a 3D Illustrator/Animator Developer to bring ideas and expertise to their projects.

Skill Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a 3D Animator and Character Modeler in the gaming industry, preferably in mobile games.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling, rigging, and animation tools such as Blender, Maya, and Unity.
  • Mobile Optimization: Familiarity with mobile game optimization techniques, including polygon management, texture compression, and asset efficiency.
  • Creativity: Strong artistic sense, with an understanding of anatomy, form, and gesture in character creation and animation.
  • Scripting Knowledge: Basic understanding of scripting in Unity or other animation tools, such as: Maya 3Ds Max, Blender, Props Modeling, Character Modeling, Character Rigging,
  • Character Animation, Prop Animation, Low Poly Modeling, UV Mapping and Texturing. Experience in Mobile Game Development: Familiarity with mobile-specific challenges, such as asset compression and rendering limitations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Character Modeling: Design and create stylized, optimized 3D character models based on concept art and game design requirements, ensuring high-quality results that fit well within mobile game constraints.
  • Animation & Rigging: Rig and animate 3D characters for fluid, natural movements that enhance gameplay experience. Develop smooth animations for character actions, expressions, and in-game events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with game designers, developers, and other artists to ensure character models and animations align with game aesthetics and mechanics.
  • Optimization: Optimize character assets for performance on various mobile devices without sacrificing visual quality.
  • Tool & Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya) to create and integrate assets effectively.
