Business Solutions Representative - Appointment Setter

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary/Objective
Interact with business customers via phone to provide information regarding business support program and to connect businesses with Business Solutions Sales Representatives and local B2B Representatives. Set discovery and maintenance appointments over the phone.

 

Essential Functions

  1. Confer with businesses by telephone to set appointments for Business Solutions Sales Representatives.
  2. Keep records within internal VZW CRM tools of business interactions or transactions with assigned Business Solutions Reps; recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  3. Daily use of Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets. Extensive and accurate typing required.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High School diploma.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Previous Contact Center and sales experience preferred.
