Please be aware that this position requires you to work onsite at our Easton, PA office during peak season, which runs from October to the end of April.
About the Role:
Responsible for lead generation, sales, and account management for all clients using the E-pay or RA-pay Merchant Services program within the tax division. Merchant Services sells to Tax Industry customers and Non-Tax Industry customers through our tax division sales pipeline of Tax Pro clients. Assists the Merchant Services director in helping to grow the program, be alert to opportunities and client service issues and escalate them for resolution. Assist with incoming and outgoing call volume to ensure we are delivering the best experience for our customers, while maintaining compliant oversight of existing customers in the system. Serves as an advocate for our clients & partners, ensuring the highest level of quality, compliance, and partner & customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
- Markets credit card systems and support services for incoming Sales leads
- Selling and assisting with installing payment processing solutions to small and midsize businesses with varying financial needs.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and people skills to ensure first call resolution.
- Attracts and retains client relationships to meet sales objectives.
- Develops and maintains relationships with clients. Identifies client requirements and recommends appropriate services.
- Under supervision receives and places follow up calls/ emails/ tickets/ projects to answer client inquiries in a timely manner
- Meet and or exceed department performance metrics.
- Client Relationship Management Knowledge and ability to determine and satisfy client needs.
- Maintain a partnering relationship during engagements by communicating with transparency and direct answers.
- Knowledge of prospecting principles, processes and skills; ability to identify and engage potential customers in the market.
- Build relationships and create opportunities.
- Plan, strategize and target the right industries. Create value propositions with impact.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years experience in card or merchant services
- Financial Services experiences preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple partners and objectives.
- Proven ability to consistently manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to determine the best path forward in an environment where multiple solutions are possible.
- Communication skills to be able to relate to our sales leads and clients to ensure accurate information and closing.
- Customer service acumen in handling positive and negative questions as they arise with equal candor.
- Maturity to work within and contribute to an expanding organization.
- Ability to enable fast solutions to customer ideas and concerns.
- Meet/Exceed team and organizational goals as outlined by leadership.
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills is helpful given our diverse population of clients.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
- Ability to travel if needed.

Salary range: $19.91 hourly – $35.50 hourly
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
