About the job


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, conducting interviews, and hiring qualified candidates for our company. This position requires expertise in hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and other non-tech roles, along with strong proficiency in both English and Spanish.


Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Attraction:

- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify and attract top talent.

- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

- Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations.


2. Candidate Screening and Assessment:

- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements.

- Conduct initial screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' competencies and aptitude for specific roles.


3. Interviewing and Selection:

- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria.

- Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments and interview feedback.

- Facilitate post-interview discussions and assist in the final selection of candidates.


4. Relationship Management:

- Maintain effective communication and build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and meet their hiring needs.


5. Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.

- Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment trends.

- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
