We invite a professional Recruiter to work with a big team of result-oriented specialists. This is a challenging role with high expectations. You will have the opportunity to help find specialists who will work in cooperation with well-known customers from Western Europe and the USA. 

Job Description
  • Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing) 
  • Collaborating with hiring managers on role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision-making
  • Creating and posting vacancies at different professional resources 
  • Proactively developing and executing candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools 
  • Monitoring job market 
  • Taking part in PR events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.) 
  • Preparing recruitment reports
  • Maintaining candidate database

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment at international companies or recruitment agencies
  • Experience in negotiating with management 
  • Good knowledge of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
  • Good skills in candidate search and selection, including direct sourcing 
  • Сomprehensive understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process 
  • Experience in applying and fine-tuning processes for quick and smooth operation 
  • At least an Intermediate level of English
