Location:  Hong Kong, or Singapore

As the Vice President of Sales for APAC, reporting to the SVP of Global Channels, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Asia-Pacific. Leading a dynamic team of Regional Sales Directors, Channel Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Engineers, you’ll oversee territories in Japan, China/Hong Kong, South Korea, India, Singapore, and Australia, driving revenue growth through both new business and expansion within our existing customer base. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and developing a high-performance sales team, ensuring each member is equipped with deep solution expertise and a refined sales process. You will lead recruitment efforts, foster an environment of continuous learning and development, and empower your team to exceed ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results across the region.

 You will possess these technical skills –

  • Lead, hire, manage, and provide vision to the APAC team for the delivery of sales, business development, and customer success-related activities
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC a must
  • Drive sales activities in the territory consistent with best practices
  • Recruit, train, and manage Arkaya Channel Partners to ensure mutual success
  • Create, present, and review the Account Territory Plans for your team
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
  • Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales
  • Meet with critical clients and mentor sales representatives to maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals
  • Lead and manage high performance, customer-focused team of sales representatives
  • Coach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning/development
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitors' activities and competitive offerings
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets
