Job description

As a Customer Sales Representative with Omni Channel Solutions, you will represent our client by reaching out to prospective applicants, understanding their career goals, and effectively "selling" the client’s job opportunities and culture. Acting as an extension of the client’s brand, you will generate interest, set appointments, and guide applicants through the hiring process, ensuring a professional and welcoming candidate experience.

This role requires an individual who is personable and persuasive, able to build rapport while communicating the unique benefits of the position on behalf of the client. Your efforts will contribute directly to meeting the client’s recruitment goals and enhancing their employer brand.

DAILY TASKS

  • Conduct outreach through calls and emails to prospective applicants, promoting the client’s job opportunities and generating interest in the role.

  • Represent the client professionally by "selling" the position, highlighting the role’s career benefits in a way that resonates with each candidate’s motivations.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential candidates, tracking interactions and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on behalf of the client.

  • Research candidate backgrounds to personalize outreach, ensuring each interaction reflects the client’s brand values.

  • Meet weekly KPIs related to candidate engagement and appointments set for the client such as making 40-50 phone calls, sending 50-100 text messages, emails, etc., to engage with both current and passive candidates.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, ensuring transparency and accountability in the recruitment process.

  • Educate candidates on the client’s company culture, role expectations, and growth opportunities, addressing any questions about the hiring process.

  • Generate interview appointments and initial candidate interest through structured outreach campaigns tailored to the client’s needs.

  • Apply strong communication and listening skills to align candidate motivations with the career opportunity provided by the client.

  • Continuously refine outreach techniques to improve candidate engagement rates and client satisfaction.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Human Resources Management, or related field

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English with excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak fluently and spontaneously.

  • 1-2 years of proficiency in sales and customer management tools. Experience in recruiting US employees is an advantage.

  • Solid sales background with a keen interest in learning about the recruitment field and US culture, paired with effective communication skills and a knack for quick problem-solving.

  • Strong affinity for US culture and familiarity with retail brands.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all talent acquisition processes
