The Role: 

This role is ideal for candidates who strive for excellence when getting things done, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of impacting our day-to-day operations. We are seeking an experienced HR Professional who will serve as an ambassador of our values and culture. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of HR operational and project work whilst at the same time being part of a close-knit team of professionals across UKI.

In this role you will also join our Sofia HR Hub as a distinctive Center of Excellence for our HR Operations.
 

Daily challenges
  • Providing customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic people management advice and support to managers, employees and business partners in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements

  • Managing casework, ensuring the organisation complies with employment law and makes appropriate recommendations where there is found to be any conflict or doubt

  • Delivering an efficient, customer responsive case management service, supporting managers and employees in carrying out casework relating to disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability

  • Providing support on all HR elements of TUPE activity, providing both hands on and advisory support

  • Contributing to other HR related projects that arise throughout the year. Providing effective HR project management and risk management projects and ensuring appropriate legal and due diligence advice is provided and acted upon

  • Working closely with HR Shared services to ensure professional working relationships are established and work with the teams to focus on continuous improvement and providing a high- quality service to employees and managers

eXperience and skills required
  • Knowledge of current UKI employment legislation or international HR experience.

  • Previous experience of implementing and advising on a broad spectrum of HR policies with managers and employees

  • Previous experience of supporting and managing a variety of HR case management activity with varying levels of complexity

  • A willingness to build experience and knowledge related to TUPE Transfer Experience

  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Project management skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively

  • Willingness to cover UK time working hours.
