Reporting to the Director, Quality Engineering, this role Manages the Operational Excellence and Data Analytics teams for Interiors Quality. This leader plays a pivotal role in driving data analytics for supplier, internal, and customer quality metrics across a network of global sites. By closely monitoring performance and spearheading transformative initiatives, they will be essential in enhancing operational excellence. To achieve ambitious strategic goals within the Interiors portfolio, this individual will leverage their collaboration and influence to inspire and engage stakeholders across all locations. Additionally, they will champion team performance and talent management, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. What You Will Do:
Shape the strategic vision for Operational Excellence and Data Analytics, executing both short- and long-term strategies for continuous improvement.
Drive validation activities that enhance quality performance scores year-over-year.
Collaborate with Central and site leadership to identify and implement strategies that elevate overall business performance.
Lead a high-performing data management team to develop metrics, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions for zero-defect initiatives.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all Interiors sites and Collins, addressing unique site needs while providing a unified path forward.
Manage and facilitate monthly Supplier and Interiors Quality CAB meetings, ensuring effective communication and action.
Support application teams in implementing database designs and managing data processes for optimal performance.
Deliver accurate business performance data to Interiors Quality Operations, summarizing findings and identifying opportunities for world-class performance.
Excel in a cross-functional, global environment, delivering results through direct and indirect collaboration.
Contribute to the broader Collins Aerospace Quality Organization, enhancing overall data analytics for quality improvement.
Support business travel up to 25%
Qualifications You Must Have:
Qualifications We Prefer:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (O365, Teams)
Experience in MS Excel with pivot tables, visual basic (VBA), macros
Experienced in data analysis tools such as Tableau Developer
Experience in SAP, JD Edwards (JDE)
Industry experience in aerospace

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
