Integrated Communications Strategist, Lead
Key Role:
Develop integrated communications campaigns and strategic plans that align to the company’s business objectives, priorities, and broader communications efforts, targeting internal and external stakeholders. Write a range of high-quality communications materials to include company messages, talking points, editorial content, and social media posts. Shape and build impactful communication messaging and content through the use of storytelling techniques for a variety of channels. Tailor messages to targeted audience and author and edit communications products and manage editorial and production schedules. Serve as a central point of strategic coordination and planning of communications for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), in partnership with other corporate business partners. Work collaboratively across diverse teams and complex communications efforts, bring bold thinking and show sound judgement, exceptional functional expertise, and the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience leading and developing comprehensive integrated communications and engagement strategies in corporate communications, government public affairs, or public relations
Experience driving communications across multi-disciplinary project teams
Experience with Office365 Product Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Experience creating original content
Experience creating, overseeing, and executing communication plans for key corporate communications initiatives
Experience working with senior executives, socializing strategies, and gaining buy-in
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to capture different principal voices effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working in Corporate Development, M&A, or communicating to a financial audience
Ability to deliver management consulting services to a Fortune 500 company
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
