Job Overview

We are a forward-thinking Managed Services Provider (MSP) located in Denver, Colorado, currently in search of an ambitious and proactive Virtual Assistant to enhance our dynamic team. Starting with a commitment of 20 hours per week, this role offers the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position for the right candidate. While remote work is available, we prefer applicants residing in the DFW area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance, including email follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
  • Support contract, quote, and pricing management.
  • Oversee financial records and handle bill payments.
  • Conduct data entry and organization using HubSpot.
  • Develop and share engaging content across various platforms.
  • Engage in LinkedIn outreach to establish new connections.
  • Research and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Assist with procurement tasks as required.
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc projects as they arise.
  • Organize team events, such as client lunch-and-learns and social gatherings.
  • Act as an advocate for the organization by supporting award submissions.
  • Provide organizational support to leadership, including note-taking and task management.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication both within the team and with external partners.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.

Qualifications

  • Location: DFW area preferred, ideally within the Central Time Zone.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: \(20 - \)25 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
