We are currently looking for an IVR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT to join one of our teams in remote.

What are we looking for?
- Experience developing conversational flows with Architect/Dialog Engine on Genesys Cloud Knowledge of conversational application design and automatic voice recognition flows.
- Experience developing recognition grammars.
- Experience developing IVR applications with open questions Familiar with agile development tools and methodologies (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to work in a team Knowledge of VXML, JSP, Javascript programming languages ​​is valued.
- Development of xml and abnf recognition grammars is valued.
- English level: C1.
