Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely execution.
  • Email Management: Oversee the inbox, respond to correspondence, and maintain professionalism in all communications.
  • Outreach & Coordination: Assist in outreach to prospective clients and partners, ensuring polished and effective communication.
  • Project & Task Management: Utilize project management tools like ClickUp or Notion to track project progress and deadlines.
  • Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client and vendor coordination, facilitating clear communication.
  • Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on potential leads or vendors, delivering well-organized summaries and reports.
  • Provide Updates and Training via Videos: Utilize platforms like Loom for updates and process explanations, demonstrating comfort on camera.

  • You possess strong writing and communication abilities, effectively conveying messages across various platforms.
  • You are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, thriving in a results-driven environment.
  • A curious mindset and willingness to embrace new learning opportunities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., website builders, Google Analytics, Canva) is advantageous.
  • You are adept at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Previous remote work experience is essential; you understand how to maintain productivity while working independently.
  • Technological proficiency, with a quick adaptability to new tools (experience with Slack, ClickUp, Loom is a bonus).
