Summary: LLS is a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization, relentlessly pursuing cancer cures. To help achieve this mission, this role is responsible for providing internal support of essential operational activities that drive success for fundraisers, donors and internal business partners to ensure region staff can effectively and efficiently raise funds to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) mission.

Core Responsibilities/ Primary Duties
- Support region teams with administrative workload drivers Including unsubscribes, event set up, letter editing, registration processes, data collection processing, incentive fulfillment, Drupal updates, SVOY applications through lls.org domain)
- Support region teams with offline fund management. Including processing region revenue timely and accurately from territory and national lockboxes, wires and donor advised funds according to defined processes and procedures
- Research unclaimed donations to determine correct allocation
- Review wire and DAF reports for unclaimed wires working with region staff to determine correct allocation
- Process journal entries and fund transfers timely and accurately following LLS policies and procedures
- Submit cash receipts templates to National Office allocate revenue appropriately
- Maintain a clear understanding of processes, technological changes and quality expectations
- Collaborate with peers to ensure lockbox coverage during staff absences and vacancies
- Manage tickets and inbound customer needs through ticketing software within agreed upon SLA
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a directly relatable role
- Prior LLS experience preferred
- Knowledge of LLS mission, products and services preferred

- This is a Non-Exempt, hourly paid role. The average salary (hourly) range is $44,000 ($24/hour) - $63,000 ($34/hour), open to further discussion based on geography.
