Job description

Role Description:
  • Manage and support the administration of global Human Resources (People Team) programs including, maintaining records; recruitment; onboarding; orientation; compensation; benefits; leave; employee relations; performance and talent management; productivity; recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; worker's comp; and training and development.
  • This role will be focused primarily on supporting our teams across Europe (France, Sweden, Hungary, Romania, UK, Germany, specifically).
  • This role will be full time, remote operating out of one of our European locations. Candidate must be located in Europe.

In this role, you will:
  • Assist/Support Director of People in developing and implementing policies an processes including providing training initiatives.
  • Support in collaboration with management to understand the company goals and strategy related to workforce planning and needs.
  • Assist in the Talent Acquisition process, partnering with hiring managers in the hiring process including sourcing, scheduling and/or conducting interviews.
  • Coaching/mentoring of employees to continually improve the knowledge and skills of the workforce.
  • Help develop and implement training and development programs that promote the growth and development of employees.
  • Support the Director of People in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with timely and accurate processing of records within the HRIS system.
  • Act as the support/point of contact for management and employees.
  • Help drive process and build strong work relationships to manage overall retention and engagement.
  • Supports succession planning, performance management and other corporately driven talent management as directed by Director of People.
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and responds to employee requests for support and guidance using company approved HR tools and resources within adequate timelines.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of People.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, communication or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices and ability to research and problem solve issues.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies that support the goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR technology and systems.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of detailed hiring laws/practices in other European countries-Sweden, France, Germany; Brazil knowledge a plus.
