celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

The Partner Experience Innovation Center’s vision is to create the best job in retail through leading strategies that deliver value to our partners (employees) and solve for some of their biggest challenges. Our work enables our Partner Promise – Bridge to a Better Future. As a program manager on the Partner Experience Innovation Center (PEIC) team, you will lead the planning, roadmap, communications, and stakeholder management of a complex, highly-integrated initiative, delivering measurable value to partners and to the business. You will work cross-functionally and with leaders to drive the program forward with rigor, structure, clarity, engagement and alignment. We are looking for strategic thinkers with a strong background in program management and strategy, with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, who are passionate about delivering results and improving the partner experience.

As a program manager, you will…

  • Establish the initiative structure, governance, forums, workplan, communications plan and more.
  • Lead the initiative rhythm of business.
  • Be accountable for all stakeholder engagement activities and internal communication delivery, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged, by strategically leveraging multiple channels and techniques, reaching diverse audiences from individual contributors to executives.
  • Synthesize messaging and storytelling to influence and deliver strategic priorities of a complex initiative.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for deeper partnership, ways of working and collaboration.
  • Autonomously and appropriately apply knowledge, processes, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to drive work forward, meeting project and cross-program goals and deadlines.
  • Function effectively in a highly ambiguous environment with the flexibility to change course as required to respond to new situations.
  • Understand the Retail Partner Experience in order to deliver results for our retail partners and business.

We’d love to Hear From People With

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven strategic program leadership, with demonstrated skills and experience working on complex, large-scale transformational programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and leading the structure and rhythm of business for a large-scale initiative.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex programs, managing competing priorities, moving projects forward under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building and executing large scale communications plans and stakeholder management.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and inter-dependently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to and aptitude for navigating large, ambiguous and matrixed organizations.
