Job description

Sales Manager Stretch Film Our client specialises in producing environmentally friendly stretch films, including ventilated and reinforced varieties. Their products help reduce plastic use by up to 60%, offering significant cost savings and sustainability benefits. Our client works closely with businesses to provide tailored packaging solutions, focusing on reducing environmental impact and improving efficiency. The company has received several awards for its innovation and excellence in the packaging industry, with a strong emphasis on quality and long-term partnerships. Objective: To develop, motivate, and manage distributors and key accounts within the assigned sales region to drive sales volumes, revenue growth, and achieve profitability targets. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, motivate, and manage a network of distributors in the assigned sales region.
  • Initiate, develop, and follow up on key accounts within the assigned sales region.
  • Coordinate and assess training for distributors in ORO.
  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with distributors and key accounts to ensure profitable, sustainable, long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze, review, and update distributor and key account segmentation based on the approved sales strategy.
  • Implement actions for detailed sales forecasting and refine demand planning figures.
  • Propose the annual budget and sales and marketing strategy for the assigned region to the Commercial Development Director.
  • Support the Commercial Development Director in establishing pricing policies across different geographies, markets, and industries, aligned with the Group’s commercial strategy.
  • Understand key business drivers, identify short- and long-term market penetration opportunities, and monitor competition and trends in the assigned geographies and industries. Provide insights to the Commercial Development Director.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Branding, and Communication teams to identify promotional opportunities, such as events, exhibitions, conferences, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the CRM, including distributor and key account progress reports, visit reports, promotional activities, and business development efforts for both existing and new customers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to commercial targets, service quality, performance, and client satisfaction against defined goals.
  • Address administrative issues, offering input for process improvement in collaboration with the Business Process Manager.
  • Provide support to the Commercial Development Director as needed and manage ad-hoc requests. Desired Skills/Behaviors:
