Job description

As an Experienced Spanish-Speaking Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships in the Spanish and LATAM region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to our overall expansion strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities in the Spanish-speaking regions.
  • Analyse competitive landscapes and market dynamics to formulate effective business development strategies.
  • Identify, engage, and establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Leverage your existing network to generate business leads and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and affiliates.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer in a related industry, with a successful track record of generating business in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
