Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours during the client's business hours, 20 hours per week

Scope :
Handle 20-40 calls per shift
  Manage lead information for 50-100 webinar attendees daily
Achieve a lead qualification rate of 70% or higher
Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90% or above

Responsibilities:

·  Answer incoming calls from webinar attendees and potential clients
·  Collect and input lead information into the Radius CRM system
·  Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria
·  Set appointments or transfer calls to educational finance experts
·  Manage potential call overflow during peak webinar times
·  Assist with administrative tasks during non-peak hours

Requirements:

·  Excellent phone communication skills with a neutral accent
·  Experience with CRM systems, preferably Radius CRM
·  Basic understanding of lead qualification processes
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
·  Strong multitasking abilities to handle varying call volumes
·  Familiarity with webinar platforms is a plus
