Position Title: Admin Assistant
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 4:00PM – 01:00AM
Salary: Php 35,000.00 – 45,000.00
Sign-on Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ADMIN ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities as an Admin Assistant would be:
• Daily monitoring and management of all incoming and outgoing business communications.
• Respond to all incoming business communications.
• Devise and maintain a document filing system.
• Organize and update the database, records, reports, and other administrative files.
• Act as the first point of contact.
• Conduct online research and data collection, as needed.
• Daily monitoring and management of the calendar of activities/meetings.
• Schedule, plan, and oversee meetings and appointments.
• Data entry and bookkeeping
• CRM and Google Biz Management; Email campaigns and follow ups
• Uploading contents on different platforms
• Creative work with writing and social media.
• Assist with projects and other related tasks or duties as requested.
• Ensure confidentiality of information and documents.
• Other administrative and clerical tasks.

Qualifications as an Admin Assistant:
• Graduate with any bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience and track record as an Office Admin or similar administrative support role is strongly preferred
• Experience in Social Media, CRM & Google Biz management
• Experience in data entry and bookkeeping
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Technology firm and savvy
• Will be trained by client how to use Zimmwriter
• Productive and proactive
• Adept at online calendars and/or cloud systems.
• Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Versatile, and has strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Excellent conceptual thinking, resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful
• Excellent ability to work with limited supervision.
• Hands-on experience with office management systems, CRM Online office-related software.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
