Position Type: Full-time, Non-exempt

Compensation: Up to 100,000 php per month

Shift Structure

  • Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5pm EST

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Oversees comprehensive orientation planning and execution, ensuring new team members receive a seamless, personalized welcome and that all essential systems, tools, and resources are operational in advance to support a successful onboarding experience.
  • Leads engaging, interactive live sessions throughout the orientation week, setting a foundation for new hires that aligns with Theoria’s values, culture, and operational goals, fostering an environment of inclusivity and support.
  • Acts as the central communication hub for orientee  providing real-time support, addressing inquiries promptly, and connecting new hires with specialized team members when further guidance is needed.
  • Strategically coordinates cross-departmental onboarding needs, ensuring a collaborative approach that meets each orientee’s unique requirements and aligns with department-specific priorities and workflows.
  • Guides new team members in mastering Theoria's essential processes, covering critical onboarding components such as focus forms, organizational tools, and communication best practices, facilitating their integration into the team and culture.
  • Monitors and verifies completion of onboarding milestones and courses, ensuring each orientee successfully completes all required modules, and provides follow-up to maximize engagement and program compliance.
  • Maintains an organized record-keeping system, accurately documenting completion checklists and orientation progress for new hires, facilitating smooth transitions and comprehensive tracking.
  • Enhances and refines operational evaluation tools for onboarding, enabling data-driven follow-up, continuous improvement, and alignment with Theoria’s strategic goals for talent development and retention.
  • Leverages strong cross-functional communication to ensure alignment across teams, proactively addressing onboarding feedback and contributing to Theoria’s goal of creating a best-in-class employee experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Personable and Professional: Exemplifies warmth and professionalism, fostering positive relationships with new hires and team members. Medical doctor preferred. 
  • Highly Tech-Savvy: Proficient in navigating and troubleshooting various software and tech platforms, with an aptitude for quickly learning new tools and systems.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Demonstrates a meticulous approach to managing complex schedules, tracking orientation progress, and keeping comprehensive records.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 7 years in business or healthcare operations, ideally within a dynamic, growth-focused organization.
  • Independent and Proactive: Highly autonomous, with the initiative to solve challenges proactively and optimize processes with minimal oversight.
  • In-depth Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape and operational best practices within healthcare settings.
  • Analytical Problem Solver: Possesses advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed, timely decisions and adapt to changing needs.
  • Collaborative Experience: Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and large groups, maintaining strong communication and engagement.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of working hours
  • Some ability to position oneself to obtain records, tools, medical equipment and other items that may be in locations that are below the knee or above the shoulder.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, managers, and Facility staff.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
