Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Supply Chain Representative to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and process customer orders, resolving queries to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee supply chain logistics, accurately forecast inventory needs, and enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze raw data to guide strategic decision-making and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Handle purchasing processes, managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, showcasing a track record of impact and progression.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and supply chain logistics.
  • Proficient in order entry and inventory forecasting, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service and supply chain management.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
