Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Production: Generate a variety of documents, including reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Information Management: Efficiently collect, record, sort, and file essential data.
  • Mail Handling: Oversee the effective management of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics to optimize the executive’s time.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule meetings and appointments while ensuring efficient time management.
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders, including media and clients.
  • Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain the security of records.
  • Budget Monitoring: Review and authorize standard expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance, demonstrating a strong grasp of business terminology and organizational procedures.
  • Independent Judgment: Employ independent judgment when preparing documents and managing correspondence.
