Job Title: IT Systems Administrator - Remote (Work From Home)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Systems Administrator to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals.
  • Provide exceptional support through the service desk by addressing incoming requests via phone, web portal, or email.
  • Set up and configure systems for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Prioritize and manage service requests in accordance with established protocols and service level agreements.
  • Install and configure hardware and software across various network infrastructure devices.
  • Troubleshoot issues across different platforms, including PCs and Macs, to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Document service requests accurately and maintain knowledge articles to support team collaboration.
  • Image laptops and desktops for new users to streamline the deployment process.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Hands-on experience with Meraki firewalls, switches, and access points.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities for both workstations and network systems.
  • Familiarity with data and phone line tracing and termination.
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to foster positive relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.
