As a Solutions Consultant specializing in Financial Instruments, you will be instrumental in comprehending and addressing customer requirements. Your role will involve crafting and executing solutions that are tailored to client specifications while ensuring that projects are completed within the designated timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to evaluate their technical needs and business operations concerning their financial instruments portfolio, such as debt instruments, derivatives, and investments.
• Accurately gather and document implementation requirements.
• Articulate design rationale and functional strategies that align with client objectives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for financial instruments and risk, delivering training to clients and internal teams on best practices.
• Collaborate on the design and execution of customized solutions.
• Provide support and resolve issues during the implementation phase.
• Ensure project execution adheres to specifications and budgets while surpassing client expectations for service delivery.
• Offer Tier 2 support for escalated client matters related to financial instruments.
• Identify potential upselling opportunities and direct them to the appropriate channels.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech.
• Strong project management abilities with a history of successful implementations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the market landscape for financial instruments and associated systems.
• Proficiency in financial mathematics.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills capable of engaging effectively with senior management in client interactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating adaptability to evolving client and business demands.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Enrollment in CFA, CTP, or a similar professional program is advantageous.
