Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven HR Consultant and Recruiter to join our exceptional team in a part-time remote capacity. This role is perfect for HR professionals who are passionate about recruitment and looking for a flexible work environment that fosters a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

In this consultancy role, you will be instrumental in supporting small to medium-sized businesses by delivering personalized HR solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collaborating with clients to offer expert guidance in various HR domains, such as compliance, recruitment, and general HR practices.
  • Assessing client-specific HR requirements and devising innovative strategies to address them effectively.
  • Assisting with policy formulation, employee relations, performance evaluations, compliance audits, and developing job descriptions with essential qualifications.
  • Sourcing and identifying talent across diverse sectors, employing both direct and indirect recruiting methodologies.
  • Engaging in networking strategies to uncover top talent while implementing talent scouting techniques to identify passive candidates.
  • Managing the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, screening, interview coordination, and offer extension.

Required Skills

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Over 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in high-volume recruitment.
  • Proficient consultative and strategic thinking skills, complemented by strong interpersonal capabilities.
  • Excellent interviewing skills with a focus on behavioral assessment techniques.
  • Robust problem-solving skills alongside exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrating a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent work capability as well as collaborative skills to function effectively within a team.
  • Experience with recruiting software, job boards, and proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A creative and resourceful approach to sourcing passive talent, with preference given to candidates with direct sourcing or recruitment agency experience.
  • Professional Certification in Human Resources is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
  • A fully equipped remote workspace, including a video conferencing-enabled PC, monitor, smartphone, printer/scanner, and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and possess significant HR experience along with a strong background in high-volume recruitment.
