Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with residential communities that would benefit from solar energy solutions.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to educate homeowners about the advantages of solar technology, tailored to each household’s specific needs.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations that effectively communicate the value of solar energy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, government incentives, and rebates to provide informed consultations.
  • Follow up with leads provided by the marketing team to schedule consultations and conduct assessments.
  • Guide clients through the contract negotiation process to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
  • Address post-installation inquiries to guarantee a positive customer experience.
  • Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine sales skills and deepen product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales role, particularly as a Sales Consultant or similar position in direct sales; familiarity with renewable energy or solar products is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication capabilities to effectively engage and persuade potential customers.
  • Self-driven and motivated, demonstrating resilience in a competitive sales environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional demeanor paired with a personable approach in representing the company’s values.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license, as the position requires frequent local travel.
