Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted authority on Infor Syteline, providing strategic insights and innovative solutions to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish project objectives, scope, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement within Infor Syteline implementations to drive efficiency and enhance performance.
  • Design and develop training materials while conducting workshops to empower team members and users for successful system adoption.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Infor Syteline modules to facilitate comprehensive implementations.
  • Direct cross-functional teams in the execution of project plans, maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Address technical challenges during implementation and post-deployment, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
  • Mentor junior team members, cultivating a collaborative and supportive team dynamic.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans that align with company objectives.
  • Track project milestones and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to ensure progress.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders across all levels, offering regular updates and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Stay current with the latest Infor Syteline updates and industry trends, incorporating relevant features to optimize system performance.
  • Spearhead initiatives aimed at evaluating and enhancing system functionality, user experience, and operational processes.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience with Infor Syteline, including practical implementation and ongoing support (minimum of [X] years).
