Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EPM Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. The EPM Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions for our clients, helping them enhance their planning, budgeting, consolidation, and financial analysis processes. This role requires a blend of technical and consulting skills, as well as a deep understanding of EPM tools and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • EPM Solutions Implementation in Pigment: Design, configure, and implement EPM solutions based on specific client needs.
  • Requirements Analysis: Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing effective recommendations and solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve existing financial processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage EPM projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Report Development: Create and customize reports and dashboards that provide key insights for decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an EPM Consultant or in a similar role (can be in Oracle EPM, Workday or others)
  • Strong knowledge of EPM tools and practices (Pigment is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced English proficiency
