Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role as an HR Consultant, you will significantly influence our clients’ success by:

  • Collaborating with clients to provide expert guidance in areas such as human resources, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
  • Assessing and understanding each client’s unique HR requirements to devise innovative and customized strategies.
  • Contributing to policy formulation, employee relations, performance enhancement, compliance evaluations, and the development of job descriptions with core responsibilities and qualifications.
  • Identifying and sourcing talent across a variety of industries and sectors.
  • Conducting both direct and indirect recruitment efforts, including candidate identification, qualification, and presentation to clients.
  • Employing social networking and strategic outreach to uncover top talent.
  • Implementing proactive talent scouting methods to attract passive candidates.
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, communication management, candidate screening, interview coordination, and job offer extensions.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Over 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong consultative and strategic thinking capabilities complemented by excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in interview techniques and behavioral-based assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Exceptional problem-solving aptitude paired with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and professionalism.
  • High sense of urgency, with strong prioritization, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, job boards, resume databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience in sourcing passive talent using creative, resourceful strategies.
  • Background in direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency work is preferred.
  • A professional HR certification is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online file-sharing platforms.
  • A fully equipped home office with necessary technology for effective remote work is required.
