About the job

RHI Magnesita has embarked on a journey to become a genuine process-based company, and we are looking for a new Global Process Expert (GPE) HR Attract-to-Grow to be part of this journey! In this role, you will be fully accountable for the strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end HR process (activities, variants, roles, controls, change management). You will be supported by a high-performing team of GPEs, reporting to the Global Process Owner (GPO) Attract-to-Grow. Providing in-depth HR knowledge and expertise, you will also identify and analyse stakeholder requirements from both business and Shared Service Center side. Your responsibilities will include driving root cause analysis and acting upon global audit findings to pilot improvement initiatives related to pain points, aligned with corporate priorities and stakeholders.

 

In addition, your tasks will include

  • Challenging status quo by leveraging own experience for simplifications or automation, process or system wise
  • Monitoring and evaluating process performance metrics to identify areas for further improvements (KPIs and SLAs)
  • Fostering cross functional collaboration to ensure that processes are integrated across the organization
  • Supporting the GPO to continuously improve the process strategy and performance targets

What we expect from you in terms of

 

Education & Skills

  • Knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience in shared service model and transformation
  • Experience in SAP Signavio will be considered an asset
  • Very strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels to connect areas and able to identify and raise operational pain points, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Analytical and structural thinking 
  • Strong execution and resolution focus

 

Languages

  • English - fluent

 

Work Experience

  • Several years of expertise in international companies, related to end-to-end HR (particularly time management, payroll, HR master data), operationally (e.g. HR Business Partner, Shared Service Center lead) and processes (e.g. process expert)
