Job Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated Project Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor project timelines and deliver regular progress updates to all involved parties.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to fulfill project specifications and requirements.
  • Employ project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and address potential project risks, leveraging effective risk management strategies.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project team, cultivating a cooperative and motivating environment.
  • Communicate project statuses consistently to keep stakeholders informed of progress and adjustments.
  • Uphold project timelines and adeptly manage any necessary adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Experienced in team management and conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in defining project goals and effectively allocating resources.
  • Familiarity with transformation projects is advantageous.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders.
  • Experience in defining project scope and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in project management, with a focus on leading teams and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
  • Previous exposure to technical and process improvement projects is a plus.
