Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in product discovery, roadmap creation, and execution that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collective problem-solving, ensuring seamless collaboration across various functions.
  • Regularly interact with customers to gather insights on their needs and pain points, informing product development.
  • Analyze user behaviors and feedback to drive data-informed decisions for product enhancements and new solutions.
  • Mentor team members, promoting continuous improvement within the product team.
  • Remain aligned with organizational ambitions, ensuring that your efforts contribute to overarching business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Over 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven record of successfully launching features from concept through to market.
  • Proficiency in managing consumer-facing mobile applications with a user base exceeding 1 million is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, inspiring and galvanizing teams.
  • Capacity to navigate ambiguous environments and translate uncertainty into clear, actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to dissect both qualitative and quantitative data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in startup environments, particularly with products that integrate closely with hardware, is preferred.
  • Ideally situated in NYC or San Francisco, with flexibility for occasional office engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in guiding product management initiatives, particularly in consumer-focused mobile app development.
