RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Systems Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing our Contract Lifecycle Management System, DocuSign. At our company, DocuSign is an essential tool to ensure the lifecycle of our contracts and contract processes. You will collaborate closely with our Human Resource, Legal & Compliance and Procurement departments to understand their business processes and requirements. Besides, the position also includes a close collaboration with our Salesforce team as DocuSign is integrated with Salesforce.

In this position you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of DocuSign, which includes these tasks:

  • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, analyzing how and where you can provide improvements.
  • Collect detailed requirements for the improvements, ensuring that all needs from the stakeholders are captured prior to development.
  • Build workflows to support and improve business processes, focusing on automating manual tasks.
  • Conduct testing to ensure that the workflows work as expected, and help planning tests with the stakeholders for final sign off.
  • Provide training to end-users to help ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
  • Ongoing support and issue solving in company portal.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Administration of user access and permissions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience with DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and eSignature.
  • Experience with designing workflows supporting business processes.
  • Familiarity with development technologies such as API, REST, C#, etc.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  • A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance or implement solutions.
  • A structured and methodical approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • A curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
