Job Purpose Summary

• We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst that will play a critical role in driving Corza Medical’s pricing strategy for the Wound Closure business. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations to develop, manage, and optimize pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness in the market while maximizing revenue. Your role will be pivotal in aligning pricing structures with GPO contracts, distributor agreements, and customer pricing models, all while driving insights to improve pricing performance.
  
  

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and market conditions.
• Oversee GPO contract pricing tiers, manage local vendor contracts, and ensure accurate pricing alignment with distributors and customers.
• Analyze pricing performance and provide insights to drive pricing improvements, contributing to margin growth and competitiveness.
• Lead the administration of pricing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP).
• Conduct detailed analysis on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to inform pricing decisions and strategies.
• As a key point of contact for Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations, ensuring consistent and timely communication regarding pricing inquiries, contract updates, and strategy shifts.
• Develop, produce, and present pricing reports, ensuring alignment with aggressive timelines and evolving business needs.
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, managing exception approvals efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to all pricing policies and contract requirements, maintaining compliance with GPO and distributor agreements.
  
  

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4-5 years of pricing or financial analysis experience, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, or a similar growth-oriented industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex pricing strategies and contract administration, including experience with GPO contracts, pricing tiers, and distributor relationships.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $85,000 - 105,000. Further, pay that is offered is based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications and certain degrees.
