Job description

A rapidly growing e-commerce company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this is a fully remote opportunity to step into a pivotal role that involves supervising a team of growth marketers and driving the company s digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, strong time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role or e-commerce; B2B, distributor, laboratory/scientific or life sciences related experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in implementing email marketing, SEO, social media, hands-on experience with paid media, and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Top-tier time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center
  • Marketing campaign and project management experience with a proven track record of delivering results and hitting metrics
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field; Marketing preferred
  • Experience with Shopify Plus is a bonus
  • Experience with front-end development (UX/UI coding) preferred
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively across different time zones

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance the brand s digital presence, ensuring consistent growth and accountability
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media
  • Provide day-to-day support and strategic direction for each campaign to elevate performance
  • Handle the campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to segment, expand, refine, and optimize campaigns
  • Participate in multiple daily meetings to coordinate with various departments and ensure alignment
  • Maintain high levels of client communication and foster strong relationships
