Phenom is seeking a Customer Value Manager (CVM). The CVM will engage with Phenom customers globally to drive adoption and usage of Phenom’s TXM platform, which translates into Value attainment for our customers, and provides a solid foundation for securing further platform expansion and ultimately, net retention. The Customer Value Manager will have phenomenal customer experience to drive customer value, adoption and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver business impact, innovation and relevant value for your customers by understanding their key business objectives, challenges and opportunities
  • Drive value of deployed solutions for all customers in your portfolio by driving retention and providing recommendations to optimization adoption and use of the TXM platform
  • Educate customers on new product capabilities and position value propositions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop connections ensuring a smooth customer journey
  • Oversee key stakeholder relationships post-signature and own and drive these relationships post-go live
  • Create success and adoption plans following sales handover to understand and define expectations for partnerships
  • Oversee Champions training and certification, and deliver persona-based end user training
  • Host regular office hours for end users through go live and oversee early adoption period and metrics

What You've Done

  • 5+ years experience as a Customer Success/Customer Value Manager role within SaaS space
  • Experience using technology, metrics, and reporting to manage a customer support functions
  • Ability to have value-based conversation with business executives and key clients
  • Experience managing products, product offerings, and customer experience with products
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
